Payment Disclaimer

1. Booking Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed only after we have verified your payment and shared a written confirmation with you via WhatsApp, email or SMS. A successful payment on the Razorpay checkout screen means your payment was received — it does not by itself guarantee vehicle, hotel or slot availability until we confirm it.

2. Dynamic Pricing

Tour and transport prices can change based on season, festival dates (such as Ganga Aarti peak season or Kartik Purnima), fuel costs, and vehicle or hotel availability. The amount you pay reflects the price confirmed with you at the time of payment.

3. Secure Payments

All online payments are processed through Razorpay, a licensed and RBI-regulated Indian payment gateway. Transactions are encrypted end-to-end. We do not see, collect or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials at any point — these are handled entirely within Razorpay's secure checkout.

4. Customer Responsibility

Please double-check your name, mobile number, email address, journey details and payment amount before submitting payment. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact details. Please carry valid government-issued identification and any documents required for hotel check-in or temple entry during your trip.

5. Third-Party Services

Hotels, drivers, boat operators and other service providers used during your trip are independent third parties with their own terms and cancellation rules, which apply in addition to ours.

6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for payment or booking disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural calamities, strikes, government restrictions or payment gateway outages. We will work with you in good faith to reschedule or resolve such situations.

7. Payment Records

We keep a record of your payment amount, date, booking reference and transaction status for accounting, customer support and legal compliance. Full card and banking details are never stored by us — Razorpay retains those under its own security standards.
